Total Precision Shooting goal is to offer each customer with the basic tools, and knowledge to protect their love ones and self should it become necessary. This course is necessary to obtain your Texas License to Carry a Handgun.

This is a 4-hour course for safe gun handling. There is no live-fire. Students are taught: the NRA's three rules for safe gun handling; primary causes of firearms accidents; firearm parts; how to unload common types of rifles, pistols, and shotguns; cleaning; care; safe storage of firearms in the home. Students will receive the NRA Home Firearms Safety Handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Basic Firearms Training brochure, and a course-completion certificate
Women's only course will be spent between classroom and range with both revolvers and semiautomatic pistols.

For those seeking to obtain skills in marksmanship as well as personal defense or License to Carry, Total Precision Shooting offers Personal training to augment the basic skills of a pistol shooter. At an hourly training rate with a certified instructor.
